Overcoming Self-Doubt: A Personal Reflection

As an artist, I’ve faced my fair share of creative challenges.

What you. the viewer, get to see is the final piece or sometimes a quick time-lapse video of the process. What you don’t see, is the 20, 30 or sometimes 60 minutes I sit there, staring at my canvas, questioning my abilities.

Through the years, I realized that self-doubt is a natural part of the creative process and taking breaks usually helps clear my mental clutter.

It’s all about silencing your inner critic, trusting yourself and your instincts. And to never forget that experience isn’t erased by doubt.

Art is a journey.
