Day 3 of 31: contemplating

As we stand at the threshold of a new year, many of us find ourselves lost in thought, gazing out the window at the world outside. It’s a time for contemplation and reflection.

We think about the past year – what worked, what didn’t, and what we’ve learned. We ponder the decisions that lie ahead, weighing our options and considering the paths we might take.

It’s a moment of quiet introspection, a chance to breathe, reflect, and recharge before embarking on the journey ahead.

Today’s process: i didn’t draw before starting, i just went for it. Tried not to overthink, just “let go”. And the way I started the background is completely out of the ordinary that I usually do. I’m quite happy with the results.

You can check out my instagram posts for the timelapse on all these paintings.

Let me know what you think!
