Posting this a day late.
Yesterday’s painting is (or was?) extra special because it was requested by an extra special person – a dear friend, whose birthday it was yesterday! I asked what she wanted to see me paint. She said : a bird on a branch in winter. And so, the chickadee was born!
I am blessed to have really great friends. Judith is one of them and brings so much joy and light into my life. I’m honored to celebrate her today (or yesterday) by bringing her vision to life.
