Day 14: Summer nostalgia: missing the warmth and beauty

Summer, where are you?

As I stand in this golden field of dream, I’m reminded of all the things I miss about you.

The warm sun rays on my face
The songs of the crickets or frog at night
The early sunrise and lingering evenings
The simplicity of wearing my summer dresses
The fun of watching bees collect their pollen
The freedom of being barefoot
The lush green hues everywhere
The sweet aromas

OH Summer. Where are you? Come back to me.
