Oof, it’s one thing to create a painting a day, another to post on social mediaSSSS. I’m a little behind on here. I say SSSS cause there’s way too many platforms. I just do facebook and instagram. And they are all bs.
I got in instagram to get inspired by other artists I follow. But scrolling through my feed – which should be what I love and want to see, here’s what i get instead:
Sponsored ad, suggested post, sponsored, ooh, a followed profile. Sponsored, suggested, suggested, followed. sponsored, suggested, sponsored, followed. All BS. 25% of your feed is actual posts you care about.
I should just quit social media.
How did I get talking about this?
I love curling. I play golf in summer, curling in winter. My 15th painting was inspired by my love of the sport. I have been wanting to do a full collection of close up sport shots. Maybe one day.
