Day 21- Opening the box

“The truth is not for all men, but only for those who seek it.” – Albert Camus

Ok, I’m really having fun with these “symbolism art”, if I call it that.

Yesterday, we reflected on our fears or challenges that we might be “sitting on” and not dealing with.

So today I thought, ok, lets deal with it and open the box!!

But really, I invite the viewers to reflect on the meaning of containment and revelation. The box, as a symbol, can represent secrecy, protection, or even confinement.

I aimed to capture the moment of revelation, where secrets are unveiled, and truths are revealed, but I’m allowing the viewer to fill in the gaps, to interpret the scene in their own way.

  1. It looks like a last good-bye, like maybe a deceased pet in the box. Only because the expression on the kid looks a bit somber.
