What’s your dream job?
I felt compelled to answer this prompt this morning. It’s an appealing question.
I think for me, the answer could be different depending on the day or my mood. That’s the story of my life though. I have had so many different jobs because I always followed my heart and did what I felt like doing at that time in my life. So most of what I did, I thought at that time, it was my dream job- working on a cruise ship, crossfit owner, sales rep, tourism director, artist….
But some didn’t stick too long. Maybe there’s also an underlining factor. Money. What if money was not an issue. Would your dream job be different?
Regardless, today…… as I’m looking out the window looking at the snow and cold wind, I’m thinking I would LOVE to be a golf course reviewer or critic. Getting paid to play different courses around the world and review them? Hellooo! Sign me up!
Everything sounds like a dream until you actually think about the work that involves around it. This would mean living in suitcases all the time, having to write blogs and do youtube videos….. uurgh. I just want to play golf under the warm sun and give a thumbs up or thumbs down and move on. Fun!
I’m not complaining about my life now though. I am very fortunate to be doing what I love… painting- and getting paid to do it. But that too has some challenges.
Guess I’ll just stick to dreaming about golf and travel for now 🤣. Anyone else want to join me on this fantasy golf tour? 😎
