The Piping trio, 4×4, acrylic panel

Now you are probably wondering…or maybe not… what’s up with the piping plovers? Well first, they are cute as heck, don’t you think?

And those poor little cute birds are also endangered species. I live next to Kouchibougac National Park, where they have protected zones for them to lay their eggs. They hide in plain sight on sandy ocean and lake shores, blending right in with their sandy gray backs. That’s why you should be careful and respectful of their migrating zones.

And now you know why the Piping Plovers came about 🙂
